Received a call from this number on my cell phone about an hour ago; I don't typically answer calls from numbers I don't recognize (and usually regret when I do). My cell number is also on the DNC registry. The caller didn't leave a message.
Received an unsolicited call - my cell is on the do not call list for telemarketing. Call was not interested in letting me stop her ('interrupting is rude'). Woman caller reported her name as Darlene Lewis calling to raise money for women who cant afford cancer breast cancer medications. Ironically I am a cancer doctor that treats those women and we have tons of resources. She was not interested in hearing this but wanted an address so she could mail me a cash envelope. Very shady from my brief interaction
Female caller asked repeatedly, "is Jose there?"
I answered you have the wrong number. Female apologized and said, "I'll remove your number from our list."
I did not ask what she was selling, or if she was a solicitor and if so, for whom.
A lady called and asked for Veronica. I said you have the wrong number, then she said - oh then maybe you could help me. I hung up. It sounded like a recording. Don't answer. SCAM
