Received call, no message.. blocked the number

I got a call this morning it say Local on my caller Id,no message left

Telemarketer touting a health insurance scam... CID showed "LOCAL"

Scammer.  I called the number and a robotic voice answered.  I blocked this number.

They have called me three times today. I didn't answer since I didn't recognize the number. They never leave a message. They just called for the fourth time as I was typing this, I answered it "FBI Field Agent how can I help you?  This is a recorded line, how can I help you?"
