this company i believe hudson law firm in ca. has been calling me at my place of work. i have told them repeatedly not to call my place of business. they yell at me i have tried to be nice but i cant be. they are rude.cant relly understand them exactly but i have recieved calls from them before and spoke with people that knew english. i believe they are sub contracted for pay day loans to collect.
People with Indaian/Guyanese accents asked for a person that did NOT belong to my number & wouldn't say who they were or what it was in reference to!
They used evasive answers when I demanded to know who they were & what they was the call about! Typical behavior of collection agencies.
he was very rude said i had a lawsuit against me and he knew all my info and claimed that i owed a debt of 500 to cash.net or something said it was deposited into a metabank account in my name when i dont even had a bank account of any type he also said he was a investigator of some sort .....i dont know even wat cash.net is first time i ever heard of it..he said i had a warrant for my arrest in my county when i called i didnt....used names rebecca and investigator something ...started yelling and screaming he was investigator and he knew where i lived and i could choose to settle or pay lots more wanted more info i think...this was scary he even knew my kids name and such......
Last week I recieved a call from these same people and they left a different number a 213 area code saying I owe money as well but I have paid all my loans and told them I have proof they threatned me and i hung up on them. They did not call for a week and then called today with a different number and is threatning again. I think it is a scam but pissed they know all my info I wish I knew how to discover if it is a scam and to turn them in. They dont tell me any info on who I owe which they should know that info!!!
