My cell phone showed that there was a call and voice message from 323-720-2000 at 10:20 am. It was a voice message from a Norma Florez at Union Bank who wanted to confirm an outgoing wire transfer. She told me to call her at 323-720-2620. I called that number and another lady at Union Bank answered. I told her that I had not made a wire transfer, and she told me to disregard the call.
I also called 323-720-2000 and it was the main automated phone number for Union Bank.
A Google search indicated that this is the number for Union Bank in Southern CA that accepts consular ID cards from Mexico.
