A Joke or scam.   Did the recording sound like a foreign male.  I have noticed alot of calls like that lately.  Contact local authorities and report it.  Contact their and your phibmne companies to report it as an act of fraud.  Remember that you would not be contacted in advance of such actions.  It is unlawful to threaten you this way.  Outlaw 'spoofing'.

Called me today.  It is unlawful to do this.  We all can move too.  Watch out for spoofing.  Outlaw it too.  No need for it.
