I also received a recorded message from this number stating that I needed to call Dennis Gray about a financial issue and must appear before a federal grand jury.
I called 323-729-3112 after listening to the same intimidating message. I called 5 times asking for details on the documents needed & where to send them. Every time they hung up on me. I started mentioning I was only speaking with "Mike" and "Michelle Anderson" and how surprised I was hearing only 2 people worked there at the Treasury, LA Branch in CA. Finally they started blocking my calls. I was going to get into how surprising it was no phone menu is needed to reach a live person at the US Treasury. Darn missed my chance. Also no one could explain how the accent wasn't Danish or Swedish with a name like Anderson.
Bill Ritter from eyewitness news put number on Fb and told everyone to call and let them know they are a fraud. I did and they hung up on me. How do they get away with what they do?
