I keep getting called with no message

So do I!

I just called this number back   recording saying "you have reached the campaign voice mail.. please leave a message"

Miss this call 5 times  already, call back , said to be election campaigner for " --- and many  issues ",
I  still don't know  who are them , and I can't remember  what are the " issues " they advocated .
Just waste my times and air minutes .
