Got this call on May 6 on my cell phone. I had previously received a similar call on my land line in April. Same deal as others-- said it was Nicki Johnson, time sensitive, etc. How did they get my cell number?! Call back number they left was the same number on caller ID
Called left message with automated voice stating she(Nikki Johnson) was with the IRS calling regarding time sensitive matter. I called back it's a California number and it's broken English speaking person saying thank you for calling IRS. SCAM! REJECT LIST
I had the same call, a machine saying it was officer Nikki Johnson with the IRS calling about a time sensitive issue and to call back before they take action. THERE HAVE BEEN PSAs on TV HERE WARNING THAT THE IRS WILL N E V E R CALL YOU!!! if they need to contact you it will be through the federal post office. Maybe phishing for S.S. numbers.
I received call from this number just minutes ago and this company needs to be exposed, closed or fined more money than they will ever acquire. I'm wondering how they got my cell number. Not only will the IRS not call you but they surely won't end the call by being concerned about me taking care of myself! I went to Google to find area code location and found this cite. Machine call by Nicki Johnson concerning urgent matter and I didn't need to ignore call. If my 94 year old mother got this call it would upset her so badly. Wish I could do more to land them out of business.
