Who called from 3237413136

I get these calls 3 or 4 times a day. I always screen calls when I don't recognize the caller and they have never left a message.

I received a call they did not leave a message.  I returned call I think he said his name is James (?) he mentioned home remodeling(?).  I informed him I have the wrong number....he abruptly hung up on me

I haven't answered my landline showing any number that I don't recognize for OVER THREE YEARS!!! Bust up the greedy telecom monopolies like they did to the "Ma Bells" in the 1950's. The telecoms could EASILY, significantly reduce the number of these scammer-calls if they wanted to!!! Once there is another practical way to get on the Internet besides DSL or cable, I will happily give my business (money) to that other way!!!

I keep getting calls from this number and there is no way to be taken off of their spam list

they always call me, tried blocking them but it goes to voice message but they don't leave a message. next time im going o call them back and not speak when they answer
