The caller, Cell Phone CA ( displayed as Id on our phone ) used 323-781-6145 to call us @ 18:46, 09.05.2015, called us today @ 16:41, 10.06.2015 even I left a number for them not to call & to remove my number.
According http://800notes.com, the caller started to use this number to unrelated people yesterday.
Today 10.07.2015, called us at least 3 times today, last 2 calls were 17:57 & 18:01. We opted not to answer unwanted call, I returned the call. a Spanish message to asked people to leave a message, again, I left a message for do not call.

left no message. I missed the call, FTC suggested us do not answer unwanted call on the spot. According http:800notes.com , the caller called other at least 1 person before me. After 30 minutes, I called back & hiding our number. a male message, thanks for calling back TD & T (?), sorry, all the associate are busy, pleas leave your name & number, if you would like to be removed from calling list , please leave a number, sorry, mail box is full, please enter your 10 digit number & #. " So I entered 10 digits & #. Yesterday I received similar 2 calls with 3 minutes apart from 323-781-6145, Cell Phone CA. They all have same message, I believe there wre from same caller in Los Angeles Area.

I believe they are same caller or employer.
