Called 7 times in less then an hour asking if I wanted a loan. I told him no and to stop calling and after 4 calls he started saying he was going to enter my apartment and proceeded to sexually harass me for another 2 calls till I ignored the last call where he left no message. He said his name was Drew but I doubt that's true.
I am getting emails from people stating they are from ACE Cash Express and have been approved for a loan.
I forwarded the emails to ACE and they stated to me that it was not them. I asked them to send the emails to their fraud dept.
I received a call from this number at my employer and was told there was a court case filed under my name for theft by deception and I would be served a subpoena because of a supposedly a loan from a payday loan American General that I was accused of having and non payment. I told them that I had no such loan and have never had a payday from anyone. They said they would contact my employer and let them know about this case and I would have to pay over $8,000 including bail to settle. This is a scam but it bothered me to know that they had some of my personal information. They had a very heavy Indian accent!! I finally hung up the phone after arguing with them. Need to catch and prosecute the individuals doing this. This is harassment!!!!
