I have been called twice in the last 20 minutes. Each time, after a brief pause, someone on the other end begins speaking Spanish. I ask who they are. They ask me if I speak Spanish (in Spanish). I respond yes, but not to you; who are you? Silence. I start to ask to speak to a manager & whoever is on the other end hangs up.
This number comes up as Unavailable. I am on the National do-not-call list.
I have reported this phone number to the FCC (twice).
