This number contacted me 7 times within an hour (4:30 - 5:38 pm). I answered the phone once at which time I was told that he was investigator and that I was cited with check fraud, and someother legal issues. He identified him self as Kevin Smith, received a call at work same number and called himself Mathew, and another Harley, it sounds like the same person with a very heavy accent. He gave me the last 4 digits of my social security but it doesn't mean he had the rest. I advised him to submit his complaint in writing and I would turn it over to my attorney for handling, instead he wanted to transfer me over to his supervisor so that we could discuss legal fees. I hung up on him. He called back at which point I disconnected my phone we were at the point of harassment.
similar problems same jerk called him back and gave him a dose of his own medicine. his response was to stat using the F word countless times . am trying to find other ways to remedy this. any ideas?
I recieved calls also and I have now sent this plus several number used to the attorney generals office.
I am sick of these harrassing calls with rude nasty people on the other endand yes with an extremely heavy accent.
