Calls using threating messages...trying to collect a debt...using information that is not true....

I am recieving calls from these people as well on my cell and at work? How do they have my information? I do not owe any money. How do I make this stop?

this post is very true because i m working in I.T company.we r tracing this people.and i found this information is true & we send this information to local investigation department of India  where they r working right now in gujarat state because some indians with us.

i receivd a call and didnt know it was a scam they had my social and alot of personal informationso i paid the debt how can i get my money back
