I ALMOST GAVE THEM MONEY AS WELL...THEY SAID MY CITY SHERIFF WAS GOING TO COME TO MY PLACE OF WORK AND ARREST ME AND LET MY PLACE OF BUISNESS KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. MARK JOHNSON "ATTORNEY" TOLD ME TO GO TO A LOCAL WESTERN UNION GAVE ME THE ADDRESS AND ALL AND SAID CALL WHEN I GET THERE. THEN WHEN I SAID WHOA WHOA I CAN'T GET THERE RIGHT NOW, IM WORKING, HE SAID WELL YOU HAVE 2 HOURS. THEN I ASKED WHEN THE DATE OF THIS LOAN WAS HE SAID I DON'T KNOW IM NOT A DEBT COLLECTOR, IT IS THE LAST PAYDAY LOAN YOU RECIEVED...A LAWYER WOULD KNOW THIS STUFF. THEN I FOUND OUT IT WAS A SCAM THROUGH THIS SITE. A FRIEND ON MINE DID ACTUALLY. AND WHEN I POSTED MY TOP COMMENT HE PUT MY BANK ACCOUNT INFO. MY SOC SEC NUM, BIRTH DATE...EVERYTHING...THATS WHAT THE "DON'T MESS WITH ME" WAS FROM...I HAD TO NOTIFY 800 NOTES TO REMOVE IT. REMEMBER NOONE CAN SEND YOU TO JAIL FOR OWING MONEY. I ALMOST PAID IT, HAD I BEEN HOME THAT DAY, I WOULD HAVE!!!
THese people called me stating they were filing charges against me and I would be taken to jail, lose my job, my license if I didn't clear up this matter of 452.00 I panicked and went to Walmart and loaded the green dot card and called them back. Mr Johnson stated in an hour he will call me to let me know that the court proceedings have been stopped. When he called back he stated he was unable to do so becuase I have outstadning debt on my credit record and in order to settle this completely I would have to send another 1500.00 by western union. I checked into this and they are a scam. They took me for 452.00 and they should be ashamed not to mention the fact I thought I was having a heart attack after the first call. I will be reporting this to the local police department.

I get these calls everyday, sometimes multiple times. message is that my son has a court date and to avoid court and the costs on a issue, please call back within several hours. of course my son does not live here and has not for several years. so we ignore the calls. one time I finally answered the call and the guy did identify himself as a server I believe and needs to serve my son with a warrant to appear in court or to at least try and settle before the court date. I told them he does not live here and I have no Idea where he is a this time. he insisted that he come to the house with the papers, I told him NO. and to quit calling this number in regards to my son in this matter and he said I will see you within two hours and repeated my address. I said NO again. and hung up. they never showed but I still get the calls everyday. so we disconnected the answering machine and only answer if I recognize the number. told all of our friends and family and the like not to use our landline number.
