Called me this morning and said my husband was being sued. Said they needed to make sure he would be home so that they could serve him. Told me that he needed to call them within two hours or he would miss service and a court date. They would not give me any info on what it was about only a phone number for the law firm and a reference number for the case. When I looked the number up it wasn't even for a law firm. It was listed for a communications company in California. Had my lawyer look up to see if there were any filed cases in Arizona against my husband and their weren't. This is a SCAM! They called me trying to scare me and my husband so they could get personal information.
Got a call from these idiots telling me I refused to sign a legal document and I had 2 hours to call the law firm! How the he'll does someone get your name and phone number! SCAM
