I missed a call from this number.

Called Cell phone. I picked up. No answer. Can you say block???

missed call, not recieveing return calls.

Have been on no call list for about a year but they keep on coming

Keep getting calls from this number on my land line.  When I look it up online it says that the number belongs to a 24-hour locksmith in the Los Angeles area.  My land line is in the Midwest.  Why would such a company be initiating a call to my land line?  Must be a scam.
