yes they keep calling me too, some kinda scam, they called people in my apartment building that dont even know me and said that they will send some papers for failure to appear in court for me, and that he will have to serve me and be responsible for it...they say they are from san bernardino county and will submit court papers to clerks office...WOW GO AHEAD... SUE ME
An "officer Beltran" left message on my cell phone said that he has "legal documentation" issued "by the clerk" and that I should call 323-835-1154 and reference case number he gave me. Said something else that I couldn't understand because he spoke with black accent and said it fast. Sounds like a scam to me but I am experiencing debt problems so it could be a sneaky debt collector too.
this people are from "ZOO" and desprate for money , keep harrasing people , you dont have worry keep posting on this web . i have lawyer take over this case if you have same situation. they are theft no brain.

this morning a lady call me saids my old man owe $12000 credit card debt, and gave me this phone number: 323-835-1154 and a CASE number CA63949xxx something like that, and then i call them that man answer the phone and told me that my old man owe that much debt from 2007 to 2009, and they got all my information too, even 3 address i have been live with my old man before, but he was telling me that if i want to make it simple to get this problem solve, i just make 1 payment of $4000 at once, he can break the payment down, and that will be it. and my old man will be out of trouble with the debt, other wise, they will start to send me those court documents over to sue my old man, but now i saw you guys posted the same things here, i think i can just ignore it.
This number keeps calling my grandmother and my parents. My mom has heart trouble and she was rushed to the ER when she heard her name getting mentioned in a debt......ITS A SCAM!!!!
