We have an ad on Craigslist to sell our vehicle - he said he was buying for his daughter and she goes to school and works fulltime and needed the car by Tuesday. ( spoke with him on Sunday) He went to B of A and got a cashiers check for almost 3k over what we were asking for the car and he said we can pay them the difference when we receive it. This AM when he went to my bank to pay off the loan, someone had asked a random person to give the teller the check and they paid them $20.00 to do it. The gentlement sounded like an older black man and said he worked for the state and his wife had worked for the county. He said he had children from ages 27-34. DO NOT respond to him and please contact your local police dept. Im contacting them now!!!
