Repeatedly calls with a live woman repeating my name over and over as if I'll pick up the phone. Then they hang up without saying another word.

I was away from the phone with CID, and was expecting a call any moment, so answered. The caller started to ask for money for some  veterans' organization. He had my name. I hung up.
