Person will claim they are the service man for your copier and will try to get your model number from you. When you give them your model number they will hang up on you then send you an invoice for Toner. They may be using several different numbers. This one happens to be a cell phone. One called today and gave me their name, but I am sure if it was a false name. He said his name was Jeff Davis from WPS in Los Angeles. I cannot find a company that does copier services with that name in L.A. ****BEWARE OF THIS SCAM****
