It's Kaiser Permanente's phone number from the Cadillac Ave location.  Just got the same number.

It's a call from Kaiser Permanente, but the caller left no message.  I had an appointment there today, so maybe it is some sort of phone follow-up.

This is Kaiser, If you don't answer they will not leave a message as it has something to do with your test. Mine was my nutritionist calling to tell me I needed more Vitamin D because my test showed it was low. so something like that is why they are calling :)
