I received same call...IRS filing lawsuit... Called number said subscriber number no longer in service then it just continually rang..scam..like they said IRS will take it

323-861-5663 Called saying IRS is filing a law suit against me.....ha ha ha. I hung up knowing it was a fraud.
BEWARE SENIORS.....they think we are all stupid but some may become alarmed and go along with the SCAM.
