they hang up if you don't speak loud enough to trip auto answer

Using CID of Bloom Marilyn. Not sure what they care calling about, but due to the fact that they were blocked by Nomo****, I have to suspect a robocaller or telemarketer using what appears to be a valid listed number that is constantly busy when called back.

Called & left no message.  Same Marilyn Bloom identifier.
I called back on my generic business line, number just rang & rang........
