I was at in my car in Newport Beach, Ca and had stopped to eat some fast food when I noticed a man exit the passenger side of a car that had parked about five car lengths behind me. It seemed like someone was just dropping off a friend to get a parked car nearby. I continued to watch the man in my mirrors because he was not looking right at my car and it just seemed strange. He started to come around to my drivers side door maintaining about 8 to 10 feet with a black object in his hand and was looking straight at me. Just as he pasted by my phone rang with this number 323-884-5647. I answered and there was no answer like reported. I somehow knew that the man had scanned or did something to my phone with the object in his hand. Here is where it gets weird. As he passed in front of my car back to the sidewalk, I notice a US Marines logo on his tee shirt and he had the "military" look. He then crossed the street and got back into the car that had pulled away after dropping the man off and looped back to pick him up. Then I saw government plates on the car. I looked straight at the two jarheads as they drove past again and away. I promptly left too. It was surreal and hopefully a case of mistaken identity.
