Called and left NO message.  When number is dialed, the following canned recording is played, ". . . the number you have dialed is not in service.  Please check and dial again . . ."  Clearly a nefarious SCAM/SPAM entity that is using Number Spoofing to defraud people.  DO NOT ANSWER!
