Who called from 3239000216

Keeps calling every morning anywhere  from 9 am to 11 am

Call back gets this recording:  "Congratulations and thank you for calling back the daily jackpot."  Sounds like some kind of scam.  I'd block it.

Didn't answer, no message left. Looked up the number and found these other reports.

Received two calls in two days. But, I did not pick up call & no message left.
Waste of time, I think.

Called. Blank VM of 7 seconds, them hung up.
