I received a call to my DAY CARE this morning (which I have never given out) from this number. The name of the person calling was given as "Cecilia". When I returned the call, someone else answered the phone and stated it was a Financial Company that does business via car loans. I have not applied for a car loan. The person on the other end of the phone then asked me if I knew two people with my last name. I didn't know them, and when I started asking more questions they hung up.
