you have to be out of your mind to think you can keep the car for 3 years. after 3 months they will send you a letter and if you dont sign the letter and return it in 30 days they report the vehicle to the dmv so you wont be able to register your car and then my friends the vehicle gets reported to the police and sooner or later your gonna get pulled over and you got yourself into more trouble. Now ask yourselfs is it all worth it. I understand everybody is having a hard time but at the same time you gotta understand its not the repo mans fault that your vehicle is up for repo its the finance company you have to deal with.
You are obviously a asset recovery "Agent" man, because not even people in the loan business say 'pay the note'. I know that you are not an investigator, who would see that there is the possibility that a contract was violated by the lien holder.
Personally, I deal with a lot of fraud and fraudsters, but their is NO excuse for shoddy investigative work. I see some of these guys impersonating sworn officers in order to intimidate their subject! It is a Cheesy Tactic, it is a cheap Tactic, and often it is an ILLEGAL TACTIC!
