I have have been  talking texting and sent some money to this person named Joy Badmus from Lagos nigeria......and a friend told me about these scams......so I  decided to look up this  phone number. I went online and typed what country uses 323 area code.....and it brought me to this site saying its located in California. So I believe its a scam
