No Caller ID. No message. Called back on Skype but # would not ring although it was acting like it was. "Rang" for about a minute then disconnedted.  Calling my Landholt for Congress page about why most Americans do not owe income taxes and if 'm elected our county sheriffs will keep the criminal IRS agents out.
