Persistent call in Spanish language. Out of state. Called back : Spanish about something...'government ... To leave your name and number' . I didn't. Put on speaker, my daughter tried to translate...What is that?

got a call on Sunday, they didn't leave a message. I returned the call from another phone and got some automated Spanish answer.

I've wondered that myself. I can only assume that they get paid by call made, not call answered.
