Received call at 5:00 a.m. Woke me up.
Caller Id stated private number and 323-928-3128.
Did not answer because I did not recognize the phone number.
It is a Los Angelos, California number with Global as its phone carrier.
Someone at this number tried to get financial information from us in a very stealth way. My wife simply hung up on them. When you call the number you get an automated menu system, but you can't get very far into it.
They appear to be operating out of the Los Angeles area.

Recorded voice said the call was from Citibank and my account had limited access due to unauthorized use, press 1 to go to the security dept. I did. Then it said press 1 to reactivate your acct or press 2 to leave. I hung up. I dont have a citibank account or credit card - they called my cell phone.
