carpet cleaning scammers / telemarketing spammers.  number doesn't accept incoming calls. is anyone enforcing the law on dnc violators?

I got a call from this number it was an automated telemarketer call from a carpet cleaning number. It was to my cell phone & I'm on the DNC list too. nice huh?
