Caller said his name was Tracy Yunkin and called this office asking to speak to (by name) our local management staff regarding imperative store operations procedures Would not divulge who he worked for or what his was regarding and was asking about this person's boss. He was not a nice person provided NO reliable info except to insist he would visit the office if not called back. I told him that would be fine. he has been really rude to our receptionist and continues to call.
Caler said his name was William Franks and called one of my stores and this office asking to speak to (by name) our local management staff regarding "store operations." Would not divulge who he worked for or what store this was regarding and was fishing for names of people further up our leadership line. Antagonistic and rude throughout the call and provided NO reliable info to convince me he was legitimate.

Got the same call, same name...he gave us another number though when we asked. He had a crying baby in the background, and was telling the kid(s) to be quiet and that he was on the phone. Again "company operations," was his only repeated answer to what his call was about.
