This person keeps calling me with a thick foreign accent saying that if I dont call them back or have my attorney call them immediately I will regret and there will be nothing he can do to help me. This is a scam. I went through this before, had to change my phone numbers and somehow they got them both again, home and cell.

This is a criminal extortion ring operating out of India. ABC News released an investigative report on it in June. The FTC has indicted one of its ringleaders for criminal fraud:
Just got a call from them at my work and they said a lawsuit had been filed against me and my social security number. Gave me a case number and phone number which was this number to call back immediately. Upon calling I get no answer. Do not know about this loan and couldn't understand him anyway over his thick accent and all the others talking in the background.

They keep calling me at work also claiming too be A Law Firm, Which is a complete lie because i called the firm and it is closed. Best thing everyone her can do is file a formal complaint with the FTC. Make sure you give them as many details as you can. Next contact your bank make sure no one has been trying to change anything with your account. Do a credit check they clearly have our SSN# which makes it easy for them too open lines of credit in our names. Maybe sign up for life lock and some other company that protects your info. They are a bunch of Indian scam artists and they work fast with your info so you must act faster. You can hear countless other people in the backround calling and scaming countless other people. They may not have all you info either so dont give them anything else too work with . Do not call them from a diffrent number then they will have that number. Lets be smart here people, theses people are the scum of the earth who cant work a honest day of work. And as you can see ^above they are looking at this site.
