Company is plastering their ads on city property across LA County using some kind of cement that does not come off. City expenses have reached the point that this company's owners will be prosecuted under felony statutes.
Company's web site claims that they are providing jobs for teens and ex-felons to become productive members of the community, but they are themselves committing a felony by causing thousands of dollars of damage to Taxpayer's property.
They also advertise on YouTube under the name Talkalotcommunications.com, However, they are not a licensed contractor and do not have business licenses for the cities they paste their illegal advertisements in.
