Cigna keeps calling to get us to take a health survey. They don't offer to let you decline future calls, nor do they offer to let you take the survey on the web, in case you don't enjoy talking to their hearing-impaired robot lady. I couldn't find any way to opt out from their web site. If they're trying to cut costs by improving my health, they could try not waking me up from my afternoon nap and not driving my blood pressure through the roof with repeated calls. Unbelievable! Whose brilliant idea was this, to annoy the hell out of your paying customers? Just because you have a machine that can do this doesn't mean you should.
