My dad got a call from this number by a person impersonating an immigration agent trying to get money from him

They said they call from the city of Los Angeles! Trying to help everyone with a workers compensation claim.

Did not answer, figured it was a telemarketer.  They did not leave message, they hung up after three to four rings.
