Received same call as above...said Lt Lee Taylor with warrant to search my home.
Also called my office number and I work at a law office!
They should be prosecuted.
This was on our answering machine. Transcript: "Hello Samm, this is Lt. Lynn Taylor, how are you? ...have a package confiscated with your name on it. We have a search warrant for your premises and an arrest warrant for yourself". The alleged Lt. asked that I call her back at the calling number, but with the extension 1824. Hmmm... I have no incoming packaged mail from anyone that I know of (unless it's yet another calculator from a charity), nor have I ever heard of any officer asking "how are you?", then being so stupid as to advertise future action. If I was a person of interest, wouldn't I hide the goods and skip town? It's either the stupidest DEA officer ever or a scam. I'm almost tempted to call her back and connect her with my cousin, who actually IS in the DEA.
I received a call on my answer phone from Gregory Martinez DEA Agent. I needed to call him back immediately. When I called, I received a recorded message stating that they were out of the office. Please leave a message with the agent that had called me and he would return my call. Something needs to be done to stop these people.
