I get calls from this number about 5 times a day.  Anyone knows how to block this number.

Called my house at 9:45pm woke up my sleeping child. I said hello 3 times, then someone on the other end said: "Hello can I...." then the call disconnected.

Called my house.  Identified caller as California.  Did not leave message.

Calls and will not leave a message. I do not answer blocked, unknown, restricted, unavailable, or any numbers that I do not known. If you would leave me a message I have no problems returning the call, if it is important.Even collection agency should leave a message.
