Robocall to home line on the DNC. IRS SCAM claiming there is a lawsuit from the IRS pending against me, and I need to call the number back. This is a scam, there is no lawsuit. This is not from the IRS. Nothing will happen to you if you ignore this scammer and their false threat of a lawsuit.

If you want to play with them, please do so. While they are on the phone with you, they aren't on the phone with a potential victim. They are likely from India or otherwise outside the US, so out of reach of conventional law enforcement. However, be sure to use a phone number that can't be traced back to you, like a Google Voice number or something. Do not give them any real information: make up names, SSN's, addresses, everything.
