They have been calling me 7or 8 times a day. It is over a hospital bill that my insurance paid, but they said I owed 8.00, they are very determined and rude. They call from different numbers whenever I block them. They have called as late as nearly 9 at night, very aggravating!
Been getting calls from this number on my cell phone every day from a "Kristy." The caller starts out with "Hi Sandy" like she knows me personally, and says she needs to talk to me for a minute, but does not say why or what she wants. Since I have limited day-time phone minutes on my cell plan, I don't answer the phone during the day unless I know who it is. Looked the number up online & found it is a collection agency that is not a member of the BBB & has had several complaints filed against them with the BBB that have not been resolved. I found one google review online, which called them "a bunch of scam artist." Have no idea what this could be regarding, unless it is medical bill related.

This ARC company is HORRIFIC Medical collection's agency! The owner Mike is sooo RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! I received a voice mail from him that stated: "That He is not 'surprised' why I haven't sent 'him' a payment (I send my payment directly to the Doctor's Office), that he has delt with 'EVERYONE' on my street and NO-ONE PAYS THEIR BILLS! (I have it saved in my voice mail and on a recorder too.)
He also said he was going to have my Husband DROPPED AS A PATIENT to another Doctor...and get this...he DID NOT even have a collection account from his Doctor for the bill that was over 7 years old! He was just using that as a threat. His Doctor was soo ANGRY woth Mike @ ARC over it that He personally went and talked to him. My Husband is still a patient with His AWESOME Doctor! Mike CANNOT have a patient "removed" from seeing their Doctor! Mike is TERRIBLE!!! No wonder ARC is not credited with the BBB!
