My mom got a call from this number. We have no idea who it was.

DCS Collections.  They typically call regarding failure to pays on student loans and a noted, ruthless, collections firm.  If you do not owe any student loans, then they are attempting to gain information from you in regards to a friend, family member or neighbor or wish YOU to do THEIR job for them and contact the debtor (documented actions performed by DCS).  They are rude, snide and rather vicious, and the fact they perform collections for the Federal Student Loan programs as well as Federal/State and Local agencies, the FCC has been (once again, well documented and provable) slow to act in condemning them for their illegal and tasteless activities even though thousands of complaints have been filed.  Document everything, do NOT speak with them as they have proven to not be truthful in their note taking and best of luck.

This number called the guy down the street from my x mother in law and tried to get my number?? How did they get his name or number I cant figure out. We dont know him. Then a month later the people that live next to me said someone called looking for me that claimed they went to  school with me. Said his name was James Howard?! Never heard of him and live on the other side of the country! Never been anywhere near Texas! These people are harrassing me by calling strangers for my number. Its very embarassing. What can be done to stop  them?

The last complaint I filed with the FCC cost AT&T $20 Million!!

Question about telephone calls. I keep getting calls from area code 325 by DCS a collection Agency in San Angelo TX.
I talked with the Mgt. Asked them to stop calling. Today again I get a call talked with the guy asked to speak with management.
He said I have a right to call anyone. I said to him do you want to prove that point in a court of law. “My Lawyer is hungry can he have you for lunch?”

They have been calling me everyday since Jul 2008!.
Now today something really STRANGE!!!

After the callback I get another call unknown phone number. Next on my phone and on the Telephone Records
The entire Telephone Transaction Log is ERASED!!!!

Who is powerful enough to get into the Telephone System and erase telephone logs?
The Government Police or Federal Agencies? AmDocs with the Billing System?
Gangsters running operations within the Phone Company or the Mossad.?

The guy did this after I reminded him to remove my phone from the list. I told him
My lawyer would like to have him for lunch. He said “We can do what we want”
I said “Would you like to challenge this viewpoint in a court of law?”

He then did something after the phone call to erase the telephone transactions  
Off of my cell phone and off of the telephone logs of the phone company!!!.

It is now as if the phone transaction did not occur!!

Anybody have information on who is this Company DCS out of San Angelo Texas?
They appear to be a collection agency. Looks like a front for something else with
Ability to modify telecommunications records.

The first call will show the actual phone number and then an unknown phone call comes
Next that erases the entire telephone records!!!

Another strange event in August took a trip to San Francisco , Drove to Lake Tahoe.
I get another one of these calls here. I  see a guy near me in a hotel. Talking on the
Phone said This is the last place the guy is now seen. Someone can come Lake
Tahoe and then disappear.  Later took a boat trip on the Lake here again DCS from
San Angelo Texas calls again.  Next day take a hike up to a mountain top again
DCS calls me again in the middle of the Forest. Seem like the calls are used to
Track my locations. They claim they are a collection agency looking for some deadbeats.
At this point I do not buy it!!

eg. 325-224-6126 look for 325-224-xxxx numbers used many different numbers in the
last four digits. This is one of the phone numbers that has called me a lot!!


The Management of DCS is out of Control I urge you to deal with them prior to having
To Encounter a  Major Class Action Lawsuit.!!!

James Howard also called me from this number about someone I know, trying to get their number.  How did he get my number?  I asked if he was with a collection agency and he lied, or at least denied it.... turns out from everything I've read on the internet - they are a collection agency, and a rather reprehensible one at that, employing all kinds of screwed-up, nasty tactics, as money men do so often these days..... do not give these guys the time of day, let alone any other information at all - just tell them they have the wrong number, but that you have theirs and want nothing to do with them and their nasty, predatory business..... hopefully if enough people do this they'll go out of business and we all be the better for it...
