I got a call from a woman the a man. Trying to get personal info, because they said I defaulted on school loan...Not True. I asked them to mail me documentation on whatever is need and they keep trying to get my home address. Which is a piece of information a collector would be given. They've also tried getting my SS#, date of birth, etc.

If you call them back they at the number the have a receptionist that asks for a Acct # and SS#. Which just doesn't happen.

I asked them what the company name was and they said DCS. I then asked them what it stood for, they would not tell me. Asked for a website they said google it and would not give me and exact URL.

CONTINUE TO CALL MY CELL PHONE DID NOT KNOW THIS PERSON. HE CLAIMS SOMEONE
ELSE GAVE THIS NUMBER AS A CONTACT NUMBER FOR THEM.

I found out who this person is.  I think he is breaking the law the way he is calling.  I think he is supposed to identify his company if asked and that he does not do.

Asked him to identify where he worked would not do so, also pretended as if he was a personal friend.
