So, I got a call from 281-825-4339; another thread on this sight identifies them as:

However, I never picked up the phone.  About 30 minutes later, I get a text message from 325-480-8441 that read, very simply put:

"hola an\u00f3nimo..." which would be the Unicode version of "hola anónimo..." completely with no capitalization & creepy ellipses.

Now, I am hispanic, both these numbers were from Texas (I'm not in Texas, and as far as I know have no family or friends in Texas), and occurred within 30 minutes of each other.  I've found nothing on the 325-480-8441 number except that it's from Abilene, TX.

I think this number is phishing. They just text me 'hey Kevin'
