Had a call from the infamous Nick said I owed alot of money and he was going to send out a warrant for my arrest scary I am at home with my two kids this is outrageous this guy should ha e a warrant out for his arrest
Guy said he was Nick Flemming contacting me about a loan I had had in the past. I told him I've never had a loan in my name. He got angry and said I was lying. When I assured him it was true, he threatened me with being arrested and then hung up on me. My cell phone isn't even in my name... But he still had my PO Box correct. I figured it was some sort of scam. Scary though that he had my address and k we my name.
I got the same thing. He said he is an officer in the financial division and if he doesn't hear back from me I need to get a lawyer and bail money. How this guy got my information is what I want to know.
I just got off the phone with "Office Nick Flemming" about a loan I had had in the past. First red flag, my address was correct EXCEPT for the zip code. Secondly, while we were on the phone I was Googling the "Financial Crime and Investigative Bureau" and there is no such office as far as I can see, but the phone number came up as a phone bot. Thirdly, he could not tell me which company it was and for how much. It does not surprise me that he had MOST of my address and my email address. With everything on the internet, it is too easy. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! If it's not a scam, I'll let you know when his officer shows up to arrest me. LOL!
