I just received a call from the same number and it's from Texas and they asked for someone who could accept papers for my husband since I have read about the scam I knew about it so I said you're her oh you're this scam that I've read about and she said yes yes and I said yeah I read about your scam and I said I'm going to hang up now before I call the police and she said go ahead
I got a call and said I have a complaint against me, and he gave me an 800# to call immediately or I would be arrested in 2 days. I'm certain the police won't give me a heads up if I'm being arrested. Obviously it's a scam. Number is now blocked.
