Receiving countless calls from Snyder TX, Gainesville FL, Denver CO, Galveston TX, Clearwater FL, Tampa FL, Deerfield Beach FL, Livonia MI, Centrevilla VA -- Caller ID readouts are consistently all in the same lower-case typeface (as above). Gone on for months now and beyond annoying! I'm not about to answer all these calls and I'd like to throw the phone in the lake. Borders on harassment.
they keep asking "Is Kenneth there" with the exact voice, that is surely a recording. This is their scam. It is Telemarketers trying to gather data of the days of the week and time of day that someone answers so they can sell that information to other telemarketers. If you answer this call, you do not get a person only dead air or a beeping sound. It is your answering the call that is electronically recorded. That is all they want.
But beware because if you do answer, you will no doubt be getting other annoying telemarketers trying to contact you at the same time tomorrow or next week. UGH!
How do I get them to stop calling? Do they use different phone numbers each time? I will be recording that.
