I'm a state trooper and this number "Mike sullivan" calls my wife saying she's going to be immediately arrested. States he is with the "bci" Bureau of criminal investigation. This guy barely speaks English and you can hear others in background saying same threatening statements to others. I called back several times getting hung up on then left him voice mail the real police would be paying him a visit if he calls again..
